QUESTIONS
Parwaaz Card questions
Is the Parwaaz Card free money?
No. It is an interest-free loan. You repay the amount you borrowed, without interest, on the terms set by the Bank of Punjab once you are working abroad.
Can I apply without a job offer?
No. You need a confirmed overseas job offer from an employer or a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP). Simba International is a licensed OEP (OP&HRD/5054/LHR/2024) — submit your CV and we will match you to vacancies.
How is the loan paid out?
After PSDF accepts your application, you apply at a designated Bank of Punjab branch. Part of the loan is released first, and the rest is used to pay directly for costs such as visa stamping, visa fees, OEP charges and air tickets, with receipts uploaded on the portal.
Does Simba decide who gets the loan?
No. PSDF reviews applications and the Bank of Punjab approves and disburses the loan. We provide your job offer and help you prepare your documents and application.
Step one is a job offer. We can help with that.

Parwaaz Card is a Government of Punjab scheme run by the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) with the Bank of Punjab. Loan approval and terms are decided by PSDF and the bank, not by Simba International.
