How to apply, step by step
Going abroad for work is a big decision. Here is exactly what happens from the day you send your CV to the day you land — what you do, what we do, and where any costs come in.

STEP 01 · Day 1
Register your CV
You: Fill in the Submit CV form, or send your CV and a photo of your passport on WhatsApp.
We: Add you to our candidate database and tag you by trade, experience and preferred countries.
Cost: Free. There is no charge to register.
STEP 02 · When a match opens
Screening call
You: Answer honestly about your experience and tell us if your documents are ready.
We: Explain the job, salary, location and contract length before you decide to proceed.
Cost: Free.
STEP 03 · Within 1–2 weeks
Trade test
You: Attend the test on the scheduled date with your CNIC and certificates.
We: Book the test, share the date and location, and send results to the employer.
Cost: Any test-centre fee is explained before you book.
STEP 04 · Per employer schedule
Employer interview
You: Attend on time, dressed neatly, with original documents.
We: Coordinate the interview, prepare you on what to expect, and share the result.
Cost: Free.
STEP 05 · 1–2 weeks after selection
Medical examination
You: Visit the approved medical centre on your appointment date.
We: Book the appointment through the official system and track your result.
Cost: Book through Simba for a fixed Rs 4,000 appointment fee (see GAMCA Medical). The exam fee is paid directly to the approved medical centre.
STEP 06 · Varies by country
Visa processing
You: Submit your passport and any extra documents requested.
We: Prepare and submit your visa file and collect your stamped passport.
Cost: Service charges become payable only after selection, within limits set by the Emigration Rules, with an official receipt.
STEP 07 · 2–3 days
Protector & contract
You: Sign your contract after we explain every term, and attend the Protector office if required.
We: Prepare your emigration file, insurance and registration.
Cost: Government fees (protector, insurance, welfare fund) paid through official challans.
STEP 08 · Before your flight
Briefing & departure
You: Attend the briefing, pack your documents, and save our contact numbers.
We: Book your travel, brief you in Urdu, and stay in touch after you land.
Cost: Ticket is usually provided by the employer — confirmed in your contract.
