EMPLOYER FAQ
How quickly can you deploy workers?
It depends on the trade, the destination and how fast visas are issued. Once candidates are selected and visas authorised, most Gulf deployments complete within a few weeks. We confirm a timeline when we receive your demand.
What do you need from us to start?
A demand letter, a power of attorney in favour of Simba International, visa details and your company registration. For Saudi Arabia we also guide you through the Wakala.
Can we interview and test candidates ourselves?
Yes. You can interview in person in Lahore or online, and attend or review trade tests.
What happens if a worker does not perform?
Contact us immediately. We work with you and the worker to resolve the issue, and arrange a replacement under the terms of your service contract.
